ABOUT Mango float RECIPE

Mango float is a simple decadent dessert mixed up with some exciting ingredients. Mango floats are easy,quick and cheap to make.No baking is required. You can make individual servings too.This is definitely a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 2 mangoes
  2. 3 tbsp condensed milk / icing sugar
  3. 250g fresh cream
  4. 395ml condensed milk
  5. Biscuits

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely chop the mangoes.
  2. Add 3 tbsp condensed milk or icing sugar and layer it in a dessert bowl.
  3. Dip the biscuits in milk and place it over the mangoes.
  4. Blend together the cream and condensed milk and pour it over the mangoes. Add another layer of dipped biscuits above the cream.
  5. Refrigerate before serving.
  6. Top it with caramelized nuts for extra crunch.
