Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Minced mutton or Mutton keema 750 g
  2. Onion Powder 1 tbsp
  3. Garlic Powder 1 tbsp
  4. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  5. Red Chili flakes 1 tsp
  6. Dried Oregano 1 tsp
  7. Dried Thyme 1 tsp
  8. Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
  9. Salt as required
  10. Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  11. Chopped Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take the minced meat in a big bowl. Make sure there is no much water content in it. You may either use store bought mutton keema or grind boneless meat in a grinder at home, like I did.
  2. Add all the rest of the ingredients to the minced meat. That is, add onion powder, garlic powder, red chili powder, red chili flakes, dried oregano, dried thyme, black pepper powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, and chopped coriander.
  3. Mix everything well with clean fingers.
  4. Once done, refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. After 2 hours, take the mutton mix outside.
  6. Take a big handful of the mix and wrap it around a skewer.
  7. Otherwise, you may fold the mutton mix to a long tube shape and then insert the skewer through it.
  8. Then using fingers, press it gently.
  9. Similarly prepare all the kebabs on the skewers and place it on the greased grilling rack. You may brush a little oil on top of the meat. But this is totally optional.
  10. Grill for about 25-30 minutes, turning the sides once in between.
  11. Serve hot with sliced onions and lemons.
