About Panner Satay Recipe

Paneer satay is the most easiest and tastiest dish I have ever made! Its flavours are so good that you can't stop yourself from eating it.

Panner Satay

Ingredients to make Panner Satay

  • 250 grams cottage cheese (paneer cut into 2 inch finger slices)
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp      
  • 1 medium size capsicum (Thin slices)
  • 1 medium size onion (Round slices)
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp   
  • ginger and garlic (crushed one) - 2 tbsp
  • honey - 2 tsp
  • Brown sugar - 2 tsp
  • salt - as per taste

How to make Panner Satay

  1. Take paneer slices, onions, capsicum and place them in a bowl by adding soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, lemon juice, ginger, garlic and mix.
  2. Leave to marinate for 60 minutes preferably in a refrigerator.
  3. Preheat sandwich grill maker on medium and brush with oil.
  4. Thread the marinated paneer on satay sticks and place on the sandwich grill maker.
  5. Pour some of the excess marination over the paneer, close the lid and grill for 2 to 3 minutes.
