This is a recipe of a delicious snack, that can be made for Ramdan or eid.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 kilogram potatoes (boiled)
  2. 200 gram green peas ( boiled and mashed)
  3. 2teaspoon salt
  4. 3teaspoon red chilli powder
  5. 1 small bowl green dhania chutney
  6. One small bowl jagery Mithi chatni
  7. 1 small bowl green coriander leaves
  8. Five green chillies Cut in small pieces
  9. 2 teaspoon roasted jeera powder
  10. 3 teaspoon dry coriander powder
  11. 4 teaspoon chat masala
  12. 300 grams refined oil for frying
  13. 200 gram curd

Instructions

  1. first of all wash 1kg potatoes and boy them in pressure cooker with water and little salt in it .
  2. when potatoes boil and cool down then peel the potatoes mash them properly and mix little salt in it.
  3. Now make small balls of the size of patties we want, also boil and mash green peas.
  4. Now take a pan put four teaspoon of oil in it and put mashed boiled green peas with salt, red chilli powder and half of all other above mentioned spices half chillies and Corriander leaves too.
  5. When all spices are mixed then let it be cool down. Now also make very little balls of peas.
  6. Now take a big ball of potatoes Pat it on your hand and put peas ball in it and close it by patting again.
  7. Now it's time for Shallow frying put iron tawa on gas and put 5 tablespoons of refined oil let it be hot and put tikkies in it.
  8. Take serving plate and put fried tikkies on it and Spread both chutnies and curd with spices, chaat masalla & garnish it with Corriander leaves.
