This is very nice texture and good taste .. quinoa is good for health

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 150 gms white quinoa
  2. 1/2 ltr dahi
  3. 1 tsp chana dol
  4. 1/4 cup roasted ground nuts
  5. 1/2 tsp jera, mustard seed
  6. 1/4 cup curry leaves
  7. 1/2 cup kismis
  8. 1 tsp salt
  9. 4 chili slices

Instructions

  1. Wash quinoa soaked 20 min
  2. Keep cadai on flame boil water
  3. Add oil,salt put quinoa seeds in a boil water
  4. Keep cook until it becomes soft
  5. Once it softed strain water keep a side for chill
  6. Take a bowl transfer dahi wisk nicely
  7. Add cooked quinoa into dahi
  8. For tadaka...take a cadai add oil put chanadol
  9. Fri well then add mustards,jera,chili slices,curry leaves,kismis
  10. This tadaka is add to dahi mix well
  11. Take a serving plate put dahi quinoa garnish it ready to serve
