ABOUT Plum smoothie RECIPE

This recipe is one of my favourite since it is healthy and omega rich. A delicious and healthy smoothie for everyday.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 plums chopped
  2. 1 elaichi banana
  3. 1 tsp honey
  4. 1 /2 tbsp rolled oats
  5. 5-6 tsp flax seeds
  6. 1 cup Yogurt
  7. 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Take all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Pour in a glass, garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
