This veggie can instantly made and can be made with very less of ingredients also when you are no mood of making something heavy. It is easy to digest and can be served with rotis, naans & prathas. It can be served as side dish also.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 green capsicum
  2. 1 large size onion
  3. 1/2 cup of curd
  4. 1 table spoon of ginger green chilli paste
  5. 1/4 tea spoon cumin seeds
  6. A pinch of hing
  7. 1/4 red chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tea spoon coriander powder
  9. 1/4 tea spoon of haldi
  10. 1/4 tea spoon cumin powder
  11. 1/4 tea spoon chaat masala ( optional)
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1 big spoon refined oil
  14. Green coriander for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Finely chop both Onions & capsicum
  2. Take a pan add oil, wait till it heats up
  3. Add cumin seeds , let them splutter
  4. Add chopped onions & stir it for 2 minutes
  5. Now add ginger & green chilli paste, stir it for minute
  6. Now add chopped capsicum . mix well all the ingredients
  7. Now put all the dry masala's and salt
  8. Mix well
  9. Now add all the curd on high flame and stir continuously until it gets a boil
  10. Cover it and simmer it for 2 minutes or until oil gets separated
  11. Lastly add green coriander for garnishing
  12. Serve hot with your choice of Indian bread
