  1. 1 kg Refined flour
  2. 1 tbsp ajwain [carom seeds]
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Oil

Instructions

  1. ADD AJWAIN , OIL , SALT & MIX WELL.
  2. KNEAD IT BY ADDING WATER
  3. MIX WELL
  4. NOW REST FOR 10 MN.
  5. HEAT OIL.
  6. ROLL IT AND PRICK WITH FORK.
  7. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL TILL IT TURNS CRISP
  8. READY TO EAT...
