ADD 2 TABLESPOONS OF CURD
MIX WELL AND KNEAD IT IN TO A DOUGH
PREPARE SMALL BUNDLES (MUTHIYAS) AS SHOWN
MUTHIYAS ARE READY FOR STEAMING
STEAM ALL MUTHIYAS IN A SLTEAMER FOR 10-15 MINUTES
AFTER STEAMING, ALLOW THEM TO COOL COMPLETELY
CUT THEM IN ROUNDELS WITH THE HELP OF KNIFE
HEAT 1TABLESPOON OF OIL AND SPLUTTER MUSTARD SEEDS, SESAME SEEDS , JEERA AND CURRY LEAVES AND ADD CHOPPED MUTHIYAS
SAUTE' WELL MUTHIYAS IN TEMPERING PROPERLY FOR SOME TIME, SO THAT TADKA WILL COAT ALL OVER AND DUDHI MUTHIYA ARE READY
