Ingredients to make Corn and bell pepper Bruschetta

  • Garlic bread loaf ( multigrain)
  • Corn 1 cup
  • 2 bell peppers ( red green yellow)
  • 1 medium sized onion chopped
  • 1 small tomato chopped
  • 2 to 4 garlic cloves
  • Black pepper
  • Cheese
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

How to make Corn and bell pepper Bruschetta

  1. Pressure cook corn and allow it to cool down and partially blend it.
  2. Take a pan add lil oil and put chopped garlic chilly saute it till color changes. Now add chopped onions and saute once color turns pink add chopped tomatoes and bell peppers.
  3. Add little water and cook it for 5 mins. Once it gets tender add milk, crushed pepper and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes and finally add grated cheese and turn off the gas. Slice garlic loaf and toast it . Spread the corn and bell pepper mixture over it and serve :)
