This mircha pickle if made properly can survive for 2-3 months.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Green chilli Big and fat ones 6
  2. Buttermilk 1 glass
  3. Yellow mustards 1 tbsp
  4. Saunf 1 tbsp
  5. Jeera1 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  7. Asafoetida 1/8 tsp
  8. Mustard oil 1/2 cup
  9. Lemon juice 2,tbsp

Instructions

  1. Soak green chillies in buttermilk for a day .Keep them in the sun in a glass bottle .Stir it twice with wooden spoon.
  2. Prepare stuffing by grinding jeera,saunf and mustard coarsely.Add asfoetida,turmeric powder,salt and lemon juice .
  3. Take out chillies from buttermilk slit ,wipe and dry them in the sun for one hour.
  4. Fill them with the stuffing.Pour over mustard oil.
  5. Serve them as a side dish or can be eaten with parathas in the breakfast.
