Kaleji Masala

Ingredients to make Kaleji Masala

  • Mutton liver in small pices 250 gm
  • tomatoes 250 gm
  • curd 4 tbs
  • ginger 1 inch
  • Garam masala 1tsp
  • oil 150 ml
  • chilli powder 1 tbs
  • coriander powder 1tbs

How to make Kaleji Masala

  1. In a pan heat oil add ginger, chillies, chopped tomatoes, spices, curd, salt and cook till oil separates.
  2. Add kaleji and cover the pan till kaleji is cooked well. Then cook it openly, when it gets boiled your dish is ready.
