Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sponge guard (Turai) 1kg
  2. Onions 2 chopped
  3. Green chilli 2
  4. Haldi 1tsp
  5. Salt 3/4tsp
  6. Mustard oil 1/4cup

Instructions

  1. ARRANGE ALL THE INGREDIENTS PROPERLY
  2. HEAT PRESSURE COOKER AND ADD 1/4 CUP MUSTARD OIL
  3. WHEN THE OIL STARTS TO SMOKE ADD 2 ONIONS CHOPPED AND 2 GREEN CHILLI IN OIL
  4. STIR TILL SLIGHTLY PINK
  5. ADD SLICED 1KG TURAI (SPONGE GUARD )AND STIR
  6. ADD 1/2 TSP HALDI AND 3/4 TSP SALT
  7. PRESSURE COOK FOR 1 WHISTLE
  8. OPEN AND DRY THE SABZI TILL IT LEAVES OIL
