ABOUT Mushroom Panner Scrambled Egg RECIPE

Healthy breakfast ,can take it with finely chopped onions and tomato.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 4 eggs
  2. 1 cup finely chopped mushroom
  3. 1/2 cup finely chopped panner
  4. 1 medium onion chopped finely
  5. 1/2 tesp ginger garlic paste
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1/2 tesp pepper powder
  8. 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  9. 2 tesp oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl whisk the eggs well
  2. To this add salt,pepper,onion, mushroom, panner,ginger garlic paste and cilantro.Mix well
  3. Take a pan place on medium low flame,add oil
  4. Once hot pour in this mixture and let cook covered for 4 to 5 minutes
  5. Open stir the mixture well and cook covered for another 4 minutes.
  6. Open stir well, mushroom panner scrambled eggs is ready.
  7. Serve hot with chopped onions and tomato.
