Ingredients to make Chicken 65

  • Boneless chicken -3 00 gms
  • Ginger garlic paste -1tspn
  • Yogurt - little less than 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4th tspn
  • Red Chili powder -1.5 to 2 tspn
  • Black pepper powder -1/4 tspn
  • Coriander powder -1/2tspn
  • Lemon juice -1/2 tbspn
  • Salt - according to taste
  • Tandoori colour - one pinch (optional)

How to make Chicken 65

  1. Cut chicken to bite size pieces. Marinate with the above spices throughly and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. To it add the following ingredients before frying.
  2. Egg - 1, Cornflour - 2.5tbspn, Rice flour - 1tbspn
  3. Mix well. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Once oil is hot drop few chicken pieces. Do not over crowd the pan and fry in small batches. Transfer the fried chicken on kitchen towel.
  4. In a saucepan prepare for tampering. For it you will require: Oil - 1 tspn, Curry leaves - 1 sprig, Garlic - 2 cloves finely chopped, Green chilies - 2 (make slices), Tomato sauce - 2 tspn, Coriander leaves - few for garnishing.
  5. Heat a saucepan. To it add oil, curry leaves, green chilly slices and garlic. Fry garlic till light golden colour. Add tomato sauce and toss the fried chicken in the tampering. Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Serve hot.

Note: Spices can be according to your preference.
