Tuskan Delight

Ingredients to make Tuskan Delight

  • Bread loaf ( multigrain)
  • 1 Red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 small medium onion chopped
  • 2 to 4 garlic cloves
  • Olives 4to 5
  • Ice Berg lettuce
  • Pear ( optional )
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar/ normal vinegar
  • Crushed black pepper
  • Chili flakes
  • Salt to taste

How to make Tuskan Delight

  1. For dressing :- prepare an hour before and keep.
  2. Take a bowl, add 5 table spoon of vinegar, add olives into it. Mix and add crushed pepper, chopped onions ,chilli flakes and salt to taste. I add a small spoon of sugar too. Your salad dressing is ready.
  3. Take bread loaf, cut it into squares, add crushed garlic oil pepper and toss it up in a sauce pan till it turns dark brown.
  4. Now take all chopped veggies and add it into the dressing . Lastly add the bread and serve :)

My Tip:

You can add more veggies of your choice.
