Veg kothe

Ingredients to make Veg kothe

  • cauliflower
  • Capcicum
  • carrots
  • spring onion
  • garlic finely chopped
  • oil
  • all purpose flour
  • Cirn flour
  • tomato Sauce
  • Chilhi sauce
  • soya sauce
  • vinegar
  • sugar 1/2tea spoon
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper

How to make Veg kothe

  1. Take all vegetables cauliflower, cornflour salt with some water and coat all of them and deep fry it
  2. Heat oil add finely chopped garlic and chilli.
  3. Add onions and saute it for 3 min then add capsicum and saute for another 3 minutes.
  4. Add all sauces and vinegar at high flame and saute
  5. Then add 1 spoon of corn flour in 2tbp water and ads in sauce
  6. Add pepeer sugar and salt
  7. Mix all fried vegetables and stir it
  8. Your veg kothe is ready
  9. Garnish with onion green and coriander leaves
