Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Lauki 250 grms
  2. Aachari masala 2 tsp
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. Ghee 1 tsp
  5. Rai,zeera curry leaves 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE 250 GRMS LAUKI AND CUT IN ROUNDELS AND ADD 2 TSP AACHARI MASALA
  2. MIX WELL AND MARINATE THE LAUKI FOR 30 MINS
  3. TAKE 1 TSP GHEE AND ADD 1 TSP RAI,ZEERA AND CURRY LEAVES
  4. ONCE ALL CRACKLE ADD THE MARINATED LAUKI
  5. ADD LITTLE WATER
  6. COVER AND COOK TILL THE LAUKI IS COOKED
  7. ADD SALT AS PER TASTE
  8. GARNISH WITH 2 TBSP FRESH DHANIA LEAVES
