ABOUT Tangy, herbed fruit punch... RECIPE

Fruit punches are generally a hit among kids . Its a perfect summer drink cos fresh fruits are available in abundance in the market. A healthy drink this one, without added sugar & high fibre.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Kiwi - 2 medium-sized skin peeled
  2. Strawberries - 6 medium-sized
  3. Celery Sticks - 2 4 inch sized pieces
  4. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp freshly squeezed
  5. Cold Water - Approximately 200 ml
  6. Mint leaves - 8-10 medium sized leaves
  7. Sugar - optional

Instructions

  1. Wash the fruits. Peel the kiwis and hull the strawberries.
  2. Add the fruits, mint and fruits to a blender and whiz. Check if the punch is sweet enough otherwise adjust according to taste and whiz again.
  3. Add the lemon juice & mix well.
  4. Serve chilled with a celery stalk as a garnish.
