Ingredients to make Tangy, herbed fruit punch...

  • Kiwi - 2 medium-sized skin peeled
  • Strawberries - 6 medium-sized
  • Celery Sticks - 2 4 inch sized pieces
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp freshly squeezed
  • Cold water - Approximately 200 ml
  • mint leaves - 8-10 medium sized leaves
  • sugar - optional

How to make Tangy, herbed fruit punch...

  1. Wash the fruits. Peel the kiwis and hull the strawberries.
  2. Add the fruits, mint and fruits to a blender and whiz. Check if the punch is sweet enough otherwise adjust according to taste and whiz again.
  3. Add the lemon juice & mix well.
  4. Serve chilled with a celery stalk as a garnish.
