Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. rice floor suji oat ragi floor gram floor each one cup
  2. 1 table spoon paste of green chili spinach 4/5 leavesginjar pudina leaves salt jeera
  3. butter milk or curd one cup
  4. small spoon soda by carb
  5. green coconut chatani for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix all floors green paste butter milk soda well and keep for 10 minutes for fermentation
  2. Add cchonk phodani with ajawain and sees am seeds and add this phodani in the batter
  3. Greese the appam pot with oil and put spoonful batter in parta and and bake this appam on medium sheet
  4. Serve with coconut chatani
