Aloo Naan

Ingredients to make Aloo Naan

  • 2 cups maida
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 5-6 spoon dahi
  • 1/2tsp ajwain
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of Soda
  • 4 tsp oil
  • water as required
  • FOR GARNISH
  • Dried and powdered mint leaves
  • For stuffing
  • 5-6 boiled and mashed potatoes
  • salt to taste and black pepper

How to make Aloo Naan

  1. Take maida in a bowl.
  2. Add all the ingredients.
  3. Make a soft dough.
  4. Rest this dough for 2-3 hours.
  5. Take small portion of dough and fill it with mashed potatoes. Garnish with mint leaves.
  6. Now cook it using tandoor for 3-4 min.
  7. Serve hot with butter.

My Tip:

You can also use paneer or cauliflower for stuffing
