Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup fresh & thick curd
  2. 100 gms condensed milk
  3. Cardamom-1 tsp
  4. Saffron 8-10 strings
  5. Rose ecense-1 drop(optional)
  6. Chopped nuts like almonds, cashew,pista
  7. Aluminum foil
  8. Earthen or Chini mitty pot

Instructions

  1. Preheat microwave for 10 mintutes@180°c on convection oven
  2. Mix thick curd & condensed milk well
  3. Add saffron, cardamom powder,rose ecense & dry fruits.mix well
  4. Keep few nuts & saffron strings aside for garnishing
  5. Put this curd in earthen or chini pot
  6. In a baking tray,add some water & keep this pots into it.
  7. Bake @ 180°c for 30 mins
  8. Let it cool & fridge it.
  9. Serve chilled.
