ABOUT Low calorie Yogurt Popsicles (No fire recipe) RECIPE

Lately I've been on a low calorie and low carb diet. Everyone in my home enjoys ice-cream and I feel left alone. So I came up with this yummy frozen yogurt popsicles. These are super yummy, creamy and equally tasty, if not better, than any fruit flavoured ice-cream. Needs only 3 ingredients, no cooking involved, i used mixed frozen fruits, some curd and honey.

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Mixed fruits 2 cups
  2. Pure Honey 1/4
  3. Thick Curd 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. I had some left over fruits after I prepared fruit custard. So I chose all helli coloured fruits and froze them overnight. You may keep it for 3-4 hours in a freezer.
  2. I used chopped fruits; 1/4 cup peach, 1/2 cup alphanso, 1 cup pineapple, 1/8 cup apple and 1/8 cup pears. You may use which ever fruit available with you.
  3. When they are frozen well. Take in a blender and crush them a little.
  4. Add honey and blend again.
  5. Add thick curd and blend till smooth paste
  6. Like this. My pineapple and mangoes were of very bright yellow coloured so my mixture looks so bright.
  7. Pour in moulds
  8. Freeze overnight or for 4 hours
  9. You can also make your own moulds by using coffee paper cups
  10. Just tear off the coffee cups and serve when they are done.
  11. Run tap water or dip the bottoms of the moulds in luke warm water so the popsicles come put easily from moulds.
  12. Make this for kitty party and impress your friends by serving low calorie kulfis. But beware, all may ask for second servings.
