Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. roasted oats one bowl
  2. moong dal soaked overnight and grounded one bowl
  3. rice Flour 2 to 3 tablespoons
  4. salt to taste
  5. chaat masala One by fourth teaspoon
  6. red chilli powder One by fourth teaspoon
  7. coriander leaves
  8. green mint and coriander chutney
  9. tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. first of all grind the roasted oats in a mixer
  2. Take groundd oats moong dal(grinded) and rice flour in a bowl
  3. add little water time to time to form a dough by mixing with hands
  4. add all the spices
  5. take a small portion of dough and give the shape of tikki
  6. Roast the Tikki on a non stick Tawa by applying little oil on both sides
  7. serve hot with coriander green chutney and tomato ketchup
