Fruits combined with basil seeds are very filling for the stomach. One glass of this drink can keep you full for four hours at a stretch.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fresh Yogurt 2 cups
  2. Basil seeds 1 tsp soaked overnight
  3. Honey
  4. Fresh fruits 1 cup apple, banana
  5. Almonds 8 soaked in water
  6. Sugar 1 tsp
  7. Kewra essence 1 drop

Instructions

  1. Add fruits and almonds in curd and blend well.
  2. Add sugar and honey.Blend well.
  3. Add soaked basil seeds and kewra essence.Blend once.
  4. Pour into tall glasses.
  5. Serve chilled by adding two cubes of ice.
