Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup rava [semolina]
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 1 capsicum chopped
  4. 2 tbsp green peas boiled
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1 tsp white lentils
  7. 2-3 green chilly finely chopped
  8. Curry leaves
  9. Chopped coriander
  10. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  11. 1 tsp soda
  12. Oil

Instructions

  1. Mix rava and curd in a mixing bowl add water to make a batter. Add capsicum, peas, green chilly, chopped coriander and salt to taste. Heat oil in a tadka pan than add mustard seeds as it crackles add white urad dal and curry leaves
  2. Put whole tadka in a rava batter and stir
  3. Add soda powder and mix nicely
  4. Heat same pan and add 1/2 tsp oil and few mustard seeds and than put one full spoon batter on it and cover it with lid
  5. Flip it and roast on other side also golden brown
  6. Serve hot with tomato sauce
