This is a delicious snack , a murukku made with tapioca pearls, and curd.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1/2 ltr curd
  2. 100 gms sabudana soaked ( 1 hour)
  3. 1/2 kg rice flour
  4. 1 tsp til seeds
  5. 1/2 tsp jera
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. Oil as need
  8. 1 ghee tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a big mouth bowl put all ingredients
  2. Use curd for making muruku no need of water
  3. Add melted ghee mix
  4. Take muruku making instrument
  5. Apply oil on inside of muruku tube
  6. Fill the batter close tight
  7. Do muruku like this
  8. Mean while keep cadai on oil for deep fri
  9. Put muruku on heat oil Fri as gold colour
  10. Once Fri as gold colour
  11. Ready to serve curd sabudana
