Easy and quick recipe of raita which cane served with paratha or ruce

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 gram curd
  2. 1 cucumber grated
  3. ½ carrot grated
  4. 1 onion finely chopped
  5. 1 green chilli finely chopped
  6. 1 spoon finely chopped green coriander
  7. ½ spoon powdered sugar
  8. ½ spoon white salt
  9. ¼ spoon black salt
  10. ¼ spoon chat masala
  11. 1 spoon refined oil
  12. ⅛ spoon small mustard seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil and mustard seeds
  2. Heat oil in a round spoon
  3. Add mustard seeds and let it crackle
  4. Add this tempering into the curd mixture
  5. Keep in fridge for ½ hour
  6. Serve cold raita with your choice of rice or Indian bread.
