Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Curd 2 cup
  2. Rice cooked 1 cup
  3. Onion chopped 1 cup
  4. Pomegranate seeds 1 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Asafoetida a pinch
  7. Jeera 1 tsp
  8. Red chilli 1
  9. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  10. Cooking oil 1 tsp
  11. Coriander leaves chopped few

Instructions

  1. Keep ready cooked rice.
  2. Heat a pan, add oil, mustard seeds and let it splutter.
  3. Add jeera and red chilli.
  4. Add chopped onion, fry till transulant, take off flame and allow it to cool.
  5. Take cooked rice, add fried onion, curd, salt to taste.
  6. Mix well, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
