ABOUT Omlette wheels - Food Revolution RECIPE

"Omlette- Chi. Kheema Wheels" is my innovation to surpass the traditional breakfast omlette. These colorful rolls cum wheels are a blend of Indian Herbs and get inspired by the Indian Tricolor. This perfectly fits into the healthy yet tempting tiffin delicacies, as it is cooked completely in Extra-Virgin Olive Oil. I am sure you'll love it, just as my kids love it in their tiffins! Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For Chicken Kheema:-
  2. Chicken Mince quarter Kg
  3. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  4. 2 tsp chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  7. 1 tsp olive oil
  8. Salt
  9. For Omlette:-
  10. 03 Eggs
  11. 1/ 2 tsp pepper powder
  12. 1 tsp milk
  13. Salt
  14. 1 tsp olive oil
  15. For Green chutney:-
  16. handful of mint leaves
  17. handful of corriander leaves
  18. 2 green chillies
  19. 2 cloves of garlic
  20. 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  21. 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  22. Salt
  23. 8 slices of toasted bread cut into circles

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken kheema with above ingredients. Heat oil and cook kheema till done.
  2. Whisk eggs adding above ingredients. Heat oil and make omlette of around 1/2 cm.
  3. Spread cooked kheema on half cooked omelette and roll the omelette immediately. Cover for a few seconds till it is cooked.
  4. Remove the roll in a plate and cut into slices.
  5. Spread the green chutney on a toast and place the omelette slices on the toast. Serve with Hot and sweet Tomato chilli sauce.
