- Fresh finely diced Pineapple - 100 gms
- Water - 360 ml
- Sugar - 130 gms
- Rava/ semolina - 115 gms
- Cashews - 12-15 nos
- Ghee - 90 gms
- Saffron strands for garnish (optional) - 2-3
How to make Pineapple Kesari
My Tip:I personally like sweet on a medium side but if you prefer sweet on higher side , increase the sugar by 25 gms. Take into consideration the sweetness of pineapple when increasing the sugar amount. Try and choose a ripe yellow pineapple and not a very tangy one.
