Ingredients to make Mysore pak

  • Gramflour - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Water - 1/4 Cup

How to make Mysore pak

  1. Dry roast gram flour till the raw smell goes in slow flame, then mix with ghee (melted) to smooth paste.
  2. Then heat water and add sugar for 1 string consistency. Mix the gramflour and ghee paste.
  3. The batter will leave bubbles and bubbles, stop and remove from flame and set it in a greased plate, leave it to cool, then cut pieces and remove pieces only after completely cool.

My Tip:

Make sure you hold to the one string consistency, if you lose - please prepare again for the perfect consistency - else you will not get the perfect texture.
