Ingredients to make Mango and Watermelon Salad

  • mango chopped- 1 cup
  • Watermelon chopped - 1 cup
  • sugar- 1 tbsp
  • Black salt- 1 tsp
  • Black pepper- 1 tsp
  • amchur powder- 1tsp
  • mint leaves- 1 tbsp
  • mint leaves- to garnish

How to make Mango and Watermelon Salad

  1. Peel and deseed the mango. Chop mango cubes.
  2. Deseed watermelon and make cubes same as mango cubes
  3. Add sugar to the fruits and keep aside for 10 mins
  4. After 10 minutes add all other spices and serve. Garnish with mint leaves
