Easy to make yummy to taste.

Mango Icecream

Ingredients to make Mango Icecream

  • 1 cup fresh heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp more condensed milk
  • mango pureed cup (I used alphanso)..
  • Nuts of your choice I used almonds and pistachio sliced.
  • FOR GARNISH
  • Rainbow sprinkles

How to make Mango Icecream

  1. Beat whipping cream in beater till it reaches soft peaks. Keep it in the fridge.
  2. Add condensed milk and mango puree.
  3. Mix it with whipped cream and gently add nuts. And chopped mango pieces for extra hint of mango. Mix well
  4. Keep it in airtight container.. Keep it in fridge for at least 6 hours or till it sets..
  5. Scoop it and serve it with mango pieces and garnish it with sprinkles.

My Tip:

You can use store bought mango puree but make sure it should be thick. If you are making it at home, don't add water in it..
