Kunukku

Ingredients to make Kunukku

  • Leftover adai batter
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • curry leaves and coriander leaves

How to make Kunukku

  1. Add the onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves into the adai batter. (batter should be thick)
  2. Take the batter in a spoon or with your hand and drop into the oil like you do for the pakkoda. Let them get cooked and turn into a nice golden brown colour. Remove and place it in a collander lined with tissue to absorb the excess oil. A great snack for rainy day or any evening time with tea or coffee.

My Tip:

You can add grated carrots also.
