Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Raw rice 3 bowel
  2. Udad dal 1.1/2 bowel
  3. coconuts 150 g
  4. Green chilly 3
  5. curd 1/2 bowel + 1/4 biwel water
  6. cumin seeds + mustered seeds 1 spoon use this portion for samber ,chutteny ,bajji
  7. tuhar dal 1 bowel
  8. amchur paedered 1 spoon
  9. jiggery 10g
  10. turmaric 1/4 spoon for chuttni and 1/4 spoon for samber
  11. turmaind 1/2
  12. coriander,
  13. Bay leaf
  14. Salt

Instructions

  1. .idle - Take 2 bowel rice ,1 bowel urd dal Put in water for 4 haour Then make past . Add salt soda Take idle pan throw some oil upon pot then add batter and put in gas 5 minute .ready.
  2. uttapa - Upon batter make more smooth and add some water Heat pan and throw batter slowely upin pan2.and make uttapm .
  3. Vda - On ly urd dal put in water 2 hours then make pest add salt sod a heat pan add oil for deep fry then throw the vda to help of vda maker ,fry brown clour .
  4. Samber - Cook thuher dal ,tomato chich termind sat Heat pan add oil cumin seeds mustered seeds curry leaves asafoetida jaggery bay leaf coriander after frying add upon cooked dal after 5 minute ready
  5. Baji - Take boiled batata chooped onion Heat pan add oil then add cumin seeds mustered seeds curry leaves termind coriander green chilly salt mix it well .
  6. Chtni - Coconut green chilly cumin seeds make pest Heat pan add oil add curry leaves cumin seeds mustered seeds chopped greed chilly off gas add upon coconuts pest and add curd salt mix it well
  7. Tip:-1) When you add soda in batter that time add 1/2 spoon lemon juse upon soda it gives good result idle make sponji .
  8. 2) In summer rice and dal put in watergive 1/2 time to make smooth but winnter it gives double time . .use good qulity food iteam
  9. 3) in samber you use loki with dal then make samber like in hotel style
