quick and yummy ,can be cooked any time with in few minutes,In this recipe Paneer is marinated with curd and few spices ,directly cooked in fried onion and tomato masala, ready in few minutes

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For marination-
  2. Paneer cubes 300gram
  3. Thick curd 3/4cup
  4. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Salt 1/2teaspoon
  6. Red chilli powder 1/2teaspoon
  7. Garam masala powder 1/2teaspoon
  8. Other ingredients-
  9. Oil 2 tablespoon
  10. Sliced onion 1 number
  11. Green chillies chopped 1 teaspoon
  12. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  13. Coriander powder 1 /2teaspoon
  14. Turmeric powder 1/2teaspoon
  15. Red chilli powder 1/2teaspoon
  16. Tomato chopped 1 number
  17. Sugar or honey 1 teaspoon
  18. Salt to taste
  19. Coriander leaves handful finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate Paneer cubes with curd, Red chilli powder, salt turmeric powder, garam masala powder.pepper powder, Keep it aside for 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. heat oil in a pan saute sliced onions until turns pink in colour.
  3. add in green chillies, ginger garlic paste
  4. Saute for a while add in coriander powder, turmeric powder,red chilli powder
  5. Now add in 1 chopped tomato, pinch of salt, cook until tomatoes turns mushy .
  6. When oil start separating from spices add in marinated Paneer with all the curd and spices.
  7. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on high flame.
  8. Add in sugar or honey and cook for 1 more minute.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves
  10. Serve hot with Paratha ,Naan, kulcha
