Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 60 gms Dark chocolate
  2. 40 gms Milk chocolate
  3. 100 gms Unsalted butter
  4. 4 large eggs
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  6. 150 gms Brown sugar
  7. 50 gms All purpose flour (sifted)

Instructions

  1. Firstly prepare your Ramekins by greasing them generously with butter and dusting with cocoa powder.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl add both the chocolates and butter. Keep in microwave and cook on high for 30 seconds. Remove & stir and repeat the same until everything is completely melted, it took 1 minute 30 secs for me in order to melt away everything. Once done keep this aside.
  3. In a separate bowl break the eggs and add brown sugar. Whisk these together until sugar melts a bit or for about 2 minutes.
  4. Now add the vanilla extract to the egg mixture and mix. Slowly add the chocolate mix to the egg mix little by little and keep stirring, make sure chocolate mix is completely cool before adding.
  5. Once everything is mixed, stir in the flour and whisk until well incorporated. Now divide this equally into four Ramekins.
  6. Now bake this in a preheated oven at 180°c or 325°f  for 14 minutes. Once baked remove and let them cool for 5 minutes.
  7. Later run a butter knife around the edges and invert it onto a serving plate. Dust them with powdered sugar, for perfect presentation.
  8. Cut in the middle to see the lava oozing out.
