Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Gram flour 1tbsp
  2. Curd 2tbsp
  3. 2green chilly
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Few curry leaves
  6. Ghee 2tsp
  7. 1tspcummin seeds
  8. 1tsp mustard seeds
  9. 1 tsp red chilly powder

Instructions

  1. ADD 2TBSP OF CURD TO A BOWL
  2. WHISK IT
  3. ADD 1TBSP OF GRAM FLOUR AND WHISK TILL LUMP FREE BATTER
  4. ADD 1GLASS OF WATER
  5. ADD 1 TSP OF GHEE TO A PAN
  6. ADD MUSTARD SEEDS AND CUMMIN SEEDS AND 2 GREEN CHILLY
  7. ADD CURRY LEAVES
  8. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLY AND KADHI BATTER BOIL FOR SOMETIME
  9. BOIL FOR SOMETIME ATLEAST 15-20 MINUTES
  10. REMOVE IN BOWL
  11. ADD CHOPPED CORRIANDER AND SERVE HOT
