Baked Roses

Ingredients to make Baked Roses

  • 1and 1/2 cup plain flour
  • Instant yeast 1 small pouch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp blackpepper
  • 1/2 tbsp milk powder

How to make Baked Roses

  1. Add sugar and yeast in 1/4 Cup warn water.
  2. Leave it for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix other ingredients with flour.
  4. Add yeast to the flour and knead to form a soft dough.
  5. Let it rest for 1 hour so that it doubles up.
  6. Make a roll then cut it into small circles with the help of a cutter.
  7. Place one circle over other. You can see in pictures below in recipe comments.
  8. Fold it and cut it into two pieces.
  9. Then bake it for around 10 to 15 minutes.
  10. Once ready, brush them with salted butter.
