Sieve the maida, baking powder, wheat flour and salt.
Mix well. Add milk and oil and knead into soft dough.
Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Now divide the dough into 3 pieces.
Then divide every one dough ball into four balls.
Take a round baking tin and grease it.
Roll the dough with help of cornstarch according to tin size.
Repeat the same with other pieces.
Place the second sheet on first and sprinkle some pistachio between the sheets.
In last pour melted butter.
Bake it for 10 minutes at 180 C.
For sugar syrup:
Dissolved 1 cup sugar in 3/4 cup water on medium flame. Add a pinch of cinnamon.
At last, pour the sugar syrup on baked baklava.
