ABOUT Cheesy Egg Curry RECIPE

everybody loves eggs at my home so here is an easy and delicious curry made with boiled eggs to be served with steamed rice.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. * Eggs: 4 hard boiled, peeled and halved
  2. * Onions: 2 medium, finely chopped
  3. * Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  4. * Egg curry powder 1 + 1/2 tsp
  5. * Garlic: 4 cloves finely chopped
  6. * Green chillies: 2 finely chopped
  7. * Tomatoes: 2 medium, finely chopped
  8. * Oil: 4 tablespoons
  9. * Fresh cream: ½ cup
  10. * Grated cheese: ¼ cup
  11. * Salt: to taste
  12. * Sugar: to taste
  13. * Coriander Leaves or slit greenchillies

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and chillies and sauté till the garlic turns light brown.
  2. Add onions and sauté.  When the onions turn golden brown add the tomatoes and sauté till the mixture gives out oil.
  3. Add turmeric powder, egg curry powder, salt and sugar and sauté for three more minutes.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in the cream. Wait for one minute and add the eggs.
  5. Garnish with grated cheese and coriander leaves or slit green chillies
