Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Gram flour 2cup
  2. Semolina 2tbsp
  3. Ginger garlic green chilly paste 1tbsp
  4. Eno( fruit salt) 1 sachet
  5. Salt and sugar 1tsp
  6. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  7. Turmeric 1tsp
  8. Curd 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingredients in a bowl and with help of curd and water make a paste.
  2. Grease the dhokla plate with oil.
  3. Pour the batter in the dhokla plate.
  4. Put 1 cup water in the dhokla container and keep the dhokla plate in it.
  5. After covering the lid steam it for 10-15 min on medium low flame.
  6. In a pan add 1tbsp of oil and mustard seeds.
  7. Add green chilli, curry leaves, sugar and salt.
  8. Add small amount of water and heat up for 2-3 min.
  9. Pour the mixture on the Cooked dhokla.
  10. Serve it with Green chutney.
