Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Crust Ingredients:
  2. 24 Digestive biscuits
  3. 2 tbsp Ghee or butter
  4. 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  5. 1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder
  6. Filling Ingredients:
  7. 1 cup Cottage cheese
  8. 1/2 cup Nutella
  9. 2 tbsp sugar powder
  10. 2 tbsp grated chocolate
  11. 2 large Fresh Plums

Instructions

  1. Grease a round 8-9 inch pie tray.
  2. Blend the digestive biscuits to a powder form.
  3. Take a large bowl, add in the powdered biscuits, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder and ghee.
  4. Blend all these ingredients together well, then pour onto the greased baking tray.
  5. Carefully press the biscuits lightly using the back of a ladle to make a firm base for the cheese cake.
  6. Refrigerate this baking tray for an hour or so.
  7. In a separate bowl, add in the crumbled cottage cheese. Note that you can blend the cottage cheese if you do not want granules in your cheesecake.
  8. Add in nutella and sugar powder in the bowl. Blend this mixture well together.
  9. Take out the refrigerated baking dish and pour in the cottage cheese mixture and spread it evenly.
  10. Slice the Plums thinly and grate a small chocolate bar.
  11. Carefully place these slices over the cottage cheesecake, then spread the grated chocolate over it.
  12. Refrigerate this Cheesecake for 4-5 hours.
  13. Serve this dessert cold for best taste.
