- 250 g Arbi
- 2 tblspoon riceola (rice oil)
- 10 gm or 1tspn cummin seeds (zeera)
- 1tspn Ajwain
- Salt to taste ,red chilli powder as per taste
- 1/2 tspn Mango powder
- Corriander to garnish

My Tip:Do not leave water in arbi after washing, it can be washed, salted and kept in a collander to release water Fry on low heat.
