Ingredients to make Fresh mango yogurt

  • Sugar : 30gram
  • Sweet dahi : 200gram
  • Condensed milk : 200gram
  • Milk : 500ml
  • Mangoes : 2

How to make Fresh mango yogurt

  1. Mango- peel the skin and chop into small pieces then cook with 1 tsp sugar for 5 mins
  2. Combine Milk and condensed milk pour into the big pot, stir it well and heat it then turn off the gas ..keep it cool
  3. The next step is pour the sweet dahi and mango into the pot then stir it again till smooth.
  4. Pour into a small bowl or glass and keep in the oven 30 minutes. Cool.Serve chilled.
