Eggless Doughnuts

Ingredients to make Eggless Doughnuts

  • 2 cups flour (maida)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp melted ghee
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • oil for frying

How to make Eggless Doughnuts

  1. 1.In a bowl add flour, powdered sugar, ghee and baking powder, water and knead a dough. Keep it aside for 10-15 mins.
  2. 2.Roll out the dough in 1/2 inch thickness and cut it with the help of doughnut cutter. Add little flour if required at the time of rolling out the dough.
  3. 3.Now gently deep fry the doughnuts from both the sides untill golden brown. Take out keep it on paper napkin this will help to absorb the excess oil. Now there are different ways to present it as i did you can dip the doughnuts in melted dark chocolate or sprinkle powdered sugar from top or just drizzle chocolate syrup etc. You can also make as per your requirement
