Eggless Chocolate truffle pudding

Ingredients to make Eggless Chocolate truffle pudding

  • Eggless multi grain chocolate cake- 1
  • Milk- 300ml
  • sugar- 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Coco powder - 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour- 3 tbsp
  • Milk- 3 tbsp
  • Amul fresh cream- 1 small pkt
  • Icing sugar- 1/2 cup
  • Cut fruits - 1 1/2 cup
  • Choco chips - 1/2 cup

How to make Eggless Chocolate truffle pudding

  1. Cut the cake into small cubes and keep aside. You can bake a cake yourself or buy a cake.
  2. Boil milk in a pan add sugar and Coco powder and mix properly. In a small bowl add corn flour and milk And mix. Add to the chocolate milk and stir and make chocolate custard. Keep aside to Cool down.
  3. Cut all the fruits and add lemon juice for preventing them to turn black and keep aside.
  4. Strain the amul cream and place above a ice filled bowl and start beating. After 6 to 7 mins add icing sugar and beat again till stiff.
  5. Now assembly time. In a bowl place cake cubes, chocolate custard, cut fruits and choco chips and whipped cream. Again repeat the process.
  6. Garnish with choco chips and pomegranate seeds.
  7. Keep in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours to set.
