ABOUT EGG OMELET RECIPE

Egg omelet is very traditional and old recipe. It’s smell, aroma & taste is amazing.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggs 2
  2. Oil 2 tablespoons
  3. Green chillies chopped
  4. 1 Tomatoes finely chopped
  5. 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  8. 1 onion finely chopped
  9. 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  10. few drops of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Break the eggs in a bowl.add all the ingredients in the bowl.mix well together.
  2. Heat one tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan.when it is hot enough pour the eggs mixture.
  3. wait until the base firms up,flip it to the other side.cook until the eggs are cooked.
  4. serve it as it is or with rice, roti or bread.
