Bangali delicasy.brinjal slices dipped in gram flour batter and deep fried

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 green long brinjals
  2. 1 cup gram flour
  3. ½ cup rice flour
  4. Salt 1 spoon
  5. Carom seeds ¼ spoon
  6. Red chilli powder ½ spoon
  7. Baking soda ⅛ spoon
  8. Water
  9. Mustard Oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. Cut brinals in round slices..
  2. Keep in water otherwise it will turn black
  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except oil and brinjal slices
  4. Make a thick batter
  5. Dip each brinjal slice in batter and deep fry in oil
  6. Serve hot with sauce
